” YARDEN PINOT NOIR
Variety: Pinot Noir. Vineyards: Northern Golan. Winemaking: The wine ages in French oak barrels for 16 months. Tasting Note: Aromatic fresh raspberry, red currant and cherry fruit notes, intermingled with characters of violets and spice, along with nuances of pipe tobacco and French oak. This elegant and tempting wine displays a medium body and a satisfying finish. Aging Potential: The wine develops in the bottle over a number of years, and stays in great drinking condition for five to eight years from vintage.” –
