“YARDEN CABERNET SAUVIGNON Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon. Vineyards: Finest Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard blocks in the Golan. Winemaking: The wine ages in French oak barrels for 18 months. Tasting Note: Characters of ripe cherries and plums, along with nuances of bitter chocolate, earth, spice, herbs and French oak. This richly flavored classic Cabernet presents a full body and a lingering finish. Aging Potential: The wine improves decidedly with a number of years of bottle aging, and remains in excellent drinking condition for some 10-15 years from vintage.”
