“Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks (80%) and barrel (20%), aged during 6 months with the fine lees.
Tasting Notes:
Citric fruits notes involved in a pleasant volcanic profile, very mineral. The mouth is elegant and refreshing revealing all the influence of proximity to the sea.
