Description
426 bottles were filled from this deep red, full bodied Syrah-Cabernet blend. The grapes are from Sag, a smaller volcanic hill within the Greater Somlo appellation. The vineyard is organic, the wine was fermented in French barrels, then bottled unfiltered in August 2019. Carries a nice basalt-based volcanic undertone that only complements the typical intense fruity taste of the two grapes.
