“From 1,84 ha in total, selected from Dios and Fay – hill single vineyards. A blend of pinot gris, zenit, welschriesling, hárslevelű and yellow muscat. Harvested between 26th Aug and 20th September,with 7 separate hand harvests. The vintage was extremely hot and dry, which resulted in very low but highly concentrated yields. The wine was kept both in stainless steel containers and some new oak barrels. It is complex, layered and proportionate. ” Source: CENTURIO
