From organically farmed vineyards in Aszofo, nr. Lake Balaton. Mostly Cabernet franc rose, only 1200 bottles were filled. Entirely natural, no chemicals were sprayed onto the wines. Fermentation was induced by 10-15 different wild yeasts. During processing, the grapes were not de-stemmed, but hand-pressed through wicket baskets. Only a very low amount of sulphur was added to the 1000 l barrel where the wine aged until its bottling.
